Making #Gumbo dinner and trying a new bread recipe.
I’m trying to use things that have been in the freezer so hence the need for gumbo.
I mean what else does #chorizo and #frozenokra say other than that?
I’m hoping it’s good I combined @cooksillustrated recipe where they taught me a faster #roux from baking flour. But improvised with what else I had.
